Areas of Use of Personal Data
The personal information you provide to us when purchasing our services is processed for the purposes of completing your ship/cruise reservation, arranging transportation and transfers, tracking visa procedures, and fully delivering the service you have purchased.
In this context, your personal data may be shared, in order to provide the relevant service, with our business partners and affiliated organizations, as well as with ship/cruise companies, airlines, land and sea transport firms, accommodation facilities, insurance companies, and transfer service providers operating domestically and abroad.
During epidemic periods (Covid-19, etc.), certain special categories of personal data, including your health data, may be requested in order to carry out your travel in accordance with the regulations of the relevant country and carriers; such data may only be shared with the relevant official authorities and health institutions to the extent required by legislation.
In order to send you commercial electronic messages (SMS, email, calls, etc.), your contact information is processed into the Message Management System Inc. (İYS) in accordance with Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the relevant legislation.
Your personal data is not shared with third parties without your explicit consent except for the purposes stated above. Your data is processed within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.

- Identity information (first name, last name, date of birth, ID/passport number)
- Contact information (address, email, phone)
- Travel document information (passport, visa; encrypted)
- Transaction security information (IP address, session information)
- Customer transaction information (search history, reservation and payment details)
- Health data where required by legislation
Rights Regarding Personal Data (KVKK Article 11)
As a data subject, you have the following rights under Article 11 of the Law:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- To request information if your personal data has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request the correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
- To request the erasure or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK,
- To request that the correction, erasure, and destruction operations be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- To object to a result arising against you due to the analysis of the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- To request compensation for damages in the event that you suffer harm due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
Application
To exercise your rights under the KVKK, you may submit your requests, in accordance with the "Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller", to [email protected] or to the postal address stated above. The Data Controller will conclude your request as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on its nature.
