You can delete your CruiseScanner account at any time on the website or in the iOS and Android app. Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
How to delete your account
- Sign in at cruisescanner.com.tr or in the app.
- Open My account and go to the Security tab.
- Tap "I want to delete my account".
- Enter your password and confirm with "Permanently delete my account".
What is deleted
- Name, email address, phone number and password
- Billing details and saved passenger details
- Price alerts and mobile app notification registrations
- Open sessions and sign-in details
What is kept
Records of completed bookings (booking number, cruise, amount, passenger and billing details) are kept for up to 10 years as required by Turkish tax, commercial and package travel law, and deleted after that period. These records are not linked to the deleted account and are not used for any other purpose.
If you cannot sign in
You can reset your password with "Forgot password". If you cannot access your account at all, write from your registered email address to [email protected] and we will delete your account within 30 days after verifying your identity.
